Your GroundingRest™ Bedsheet contains conductive silver threads woven through the fabric. Keeping the sheet clean from sweat, natural skin oils and product residue helps protect the conductive fibers.
Please note that products such as bleach, fabric softener, oils and dryer sheets can coat or damage the silver fibers and may reduce conductivity.
